I have lived here for 11 months and my husband and I are planning on extending our lease for 12 more months. I believe the apartments themselves can be upgraded more as they are old and there is a few paint chipping spots and the dishwasher/sinks are a bit used and outdated. I do believe all units are slowly being renovated which I am very happy about. Maintenance comes so quickly and you are sure to get responses from management in a quick timely matter. Jamie has been so helpful and kind during our stay here and if you are a military family you are well aware that many apartment complexes can be hostile and unprofessional, that is not the case here! Good management means a wonderful living experience, thank you Brandywine!

This is one of the best properties I have spoken with over the phone. Jamie was a pleasure to speak with and she answered all of my questions. They have no apartments available BUT she put me on a list (which was free) so when apartments do come up she will go down a list and call to see if someone can rent it. I also cant believe their pricing is that good for their size of apartments and aren't income restricted. I mean they do have an income minimum but a high maximum. I cant wait to view this property and update my review!

When I first looked into Brandywine, they didn’t have anything available unfortunately. Jamie called me as soon as something came available, and we got the process started. The application process was very easy, and Jamie, and Marcie were so very helpful. I got the apartment size I wanted, and couldn’t be happier! I can’t wait for move in day, and thank you again Jamie for all of your help, and prompt responses! I would definitely recommend Brandywine to friends!
