“I love where I live because of many things. The ladies in the office keep things going and are awesome about making sure that we are all taken care of. The maintenance guys who come and fix things and keep everything running well. To the place itself. This is the only place that I have felt like home since I actually left home…lol. I work from home and my SO is in the military and this place makes the greatest home base we could ask for. I can’t wait for the gym to be opened back up so that I can get back to working out and use the steam room.” – Resident since 2019

Additionally, the staff is always willing to help if I have any issues. I love living at Brandywine. I plan to live here until I’m due to transfer in 3 years…”

“I love where I live because the staff is very helpful and considerate. It is a very nice community to live in with many amenities. The apartments are very nice and the maintenance crew does a quick and thorough job if any issues arise. They also participate in the RPP program so it is a great fit for anyone in the military. Although there are a lot of upsides to living here, I would like to see the car wash station fixed. Other than that, I would highly recommend Brandywine apartments to anyone.”

I LOOOOVE where I live, because I feel safe, and get that “home” feeling here. When life got rough, and I didn’t know what to do. I needed a fresh start. Recently moved here in October, and I’m so so sooooo happy that I was able to get into Brandywine, as soon as an opening became available. The apartment is a perfect size. Me, Marlee, and Sunny are doing great. No neighbor issues, no noise issues. For once it’s nice to live somewhere where you feel great about. The staff is VERY nice. Every morning the grounds keepers always say good morning. Marcie, and Jamie are AMAZING! I remember the day I moved here and they both gave me pizza, drinks, and some sweets. This was the SWEETEST welcoming. It’s the smallest things that go the longest way to keep residents happy. I find the staff actually love their job, and truly care for their residents here at Brandywine. I myself work in the apartment industry and I know how stressful and trying it can be HAHA! You all do amazing work to keep your residents happy. I look forward to life getting back to normal so I can attend your resident functions, and hopefully soon the gym! 🤞🏼 Lol!
